Robin Williams

My Opinion Of: “The Angriest Man In Brooklyn” (2014)

The angriest man in Brooklyn… well, you can see where the dark humor comes in the film. Robin Williams plays… astounding doesn’t even do him justice in this film I think, but moving on; the film follows the angriest man in Brooklyn as he takes his “results” from the doctor-substitute (Mila Kunis). Now, you may have noticed the quotes I placed before and after ‘results’… yeah, that’s because the doctor that was explaining to him about his results had had it up to *here* (here, gesturing above the head, meaning the blood rising) with his nagging. So, maybe she might have lied about it… that he has 90 minutes to live?

A black comedy about the angriest man in Brooklyn who thinks that he will die in the next 90 minutes, the doctor who tries desperately to find him in order to tell him the truth… It will have you rolling around in tears of laughter and then of emotion… A great movie to sit and watch with your friends with some popcorn and chips in between… recommended!!

P.S. Guess who plays the protagonist’s brother (look at the poster *meow*).

I know Robin Williams is considered to be an all-time classic, but… wow, what a movie! We’ll be talking about this soon!

Good Guy Disney Songs

Posted on

I had a little bit of trouble making the list because, even though I had the songs, I felt bad excluding some of them, and then I had difficulty numbering them – I mean, come on, can you really put a number on childhood? And as if that wasn’t enough, I was trying to figure out how to post all videos – because, when you’re talking about songs, you have to have sound.

So, I concluded on the following:

A. I will post here the list of the “good guy” songs; then I will make another posting with the “villain” songs; and-

B. Then I will post a ‘home-made’ video that includes all the songs as listed for you guys to have a taste of all of them.

Without further ado, here is the top 10 “good guy” Disney Song list – if you think I should have changed the numbering of a song, or if I should have included another one, do tell! 😀

10. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, “I’m Wishing”

Some of you may disagree and argue that I could have put another song in , butit was the first movie made by Disney, I have to give the film atleast some credit.

9. Tangled, “I Have a Dream”

When they say don’t judge a book by its cover, they do have a point…

8. Pocahontas, “Colors of the Wind”

Some say to follow your heart. But if you can’t, the wind works too.

7. Beauty and the Beast, “Tale as Old as Time”

It’s a classic. Girly, but classic!

6. Tarzan, “Son of Man”

Many have forgotten about this film, but not only is it a good movie, it has – in my opinion – some of the best songs. And also, we adore Phil Collins.

5. Aladdin, “A Friend Like Me”

Out of all the wacky characters out there, Genie is one of them. His humor and hyperactivity makes the film and song so much more enjoyable than it would have been without him. Robin Williams does an amazing job at voicing this great characters.

4. Mulan, “I’ll Make a Man Out of You”

Lets get down to business, to defeat *ha, ha* the Hans *rahh!*

And in number 3…!

3. Aristocats, “Everybody Wants To Be a Cat”

For all those dog lovers out there, I do apologize, but this song has to go at the top 3… it just has to, because, well, reasons.

2. Frozen, “Let It Go”

New and one of many people’s favorite. “Let It Go” was going to be number one, but then I remembered that one song that, even today, people may say it randomly to make a point. I’m sorry Frozen, but number one goes to…….

*Drum Rolls*

1. The Lion King, “Hakuna Matata”

This movie has been played over and over again, but still – who doesn’t adore Timon and Pumba? Who can deny that their song came to stay?

Keep tuned for the “bad guy” Disney Song Top 10! Coming soon!…
